‘Chitai’, also known as ‘Repousse’ is an age-old traditional craft of India which involves hand-beating metal with hammers of different sizes to emboss/engrave them, creating patterns. It’s the ancientness and the touch of hand which has kept the craft alive for centuries.

Bordered features a floral chitai border, made in Aluminium affixed on lacquered base on top of an iron structure, all in rose gold EPL.
